Portrait of Zhengfei Zhang

The true challenge of AI is not the raw capability of the models, but the predictability of their execution. Building sustainable systems requires translating fluid technological potential into clear, structured design before attempting to scale.

About Me

Shaped by highly international environments, both personally and professionally, I bring strong adaptability, clear communication, and the ability to connect people across cultures, disciplines, and levels of technical understanding. This perspective has taught me to navigate complexity with openness, precision, and a strong awareness of context.

My background combines a broad engineering foundation from Centrale Lyon with a specialization in AI and Machine Learning. This generalist training shaped a structured and critical way of thinking, allowing me to step back, understand complex systems as a whole, and then move into technical depth when needed.

Ultimately, my ambition is to bridge technical execution with organizational strategy. I aim to contribute to large-scale AI and digital projects where technology is not only advanced, but practical, reliable, and closely aligned with long-term business goals.

The Idea Behind FEIZEN

Today, enterprise AI adoption often runs into the limits of generic, off-the-shelf software. While mass-market SaaS platforms work well for standardized tasks, they rarely fit the specialized workflows that define how organizations actually operate. As a result, teams end up adapting their processes to rigid tools instead of using AI to strengthen the way they already work.

I believe technical infrastructure should adapt to your native business logic, never the other way around. True competitive advantage is built on systems that seamlessly map to the exact rules, data structures, and nuanced edge cases of your specific domain.

I started FEIZEN to put this philosophy into practice. By moving beyond generic platforms and unnecessary implementation layers, I build clean, focused systems tailored directly to your workflows. The process is direct, practical, and centered on making technology fit the way your business actually operates.

Operating Principles

Direct engagement

I do not pass work off to subcontractors or junior developers. Every line of code, technical review, and architecture plan is handled directly by me.

Pragmatism first

If a problem can be solved with a simple database query or traditional logic, I will tell you. I do not add complex or expensive AI overhead where simpler methods work better.

Total confidentiality

I treat your data, code, and internal workflows with strict confidentiality. Protecting your intellectual property and sensitive information is part of the engagement from day one.
